The proof ring loading fixture is designed to quickly and accurately load a Cortest proof ring assembly to any specified load. The fixture includes a base to secure the proof ring assembly when applying torque to its adjusting nut, and a tool to accurately measure the deflection of the proof ring. Rather than using a guess and check method, this device allows you to measure the deflection of the ring in real time which will greatly reduce the preparation time for your proof ring tests. This device provides accurate and consistent test setup when performing multiple proof ring tests.
