Cortest Load Frames are Test Equipment designed for Slow Strain Rate Testing (SSRT), Constant Extension Rate Testing (CERT), Corrosion Fatigue Testing (CF), and other custom applications requiring mechanical loading. These systems use pull-through rod systems that allow them to use Autoclaves, Tempressure Vessels, or Ambient Condition Test Chambers to simulate corrosive field conditions in High Temperature High Pressure (HPHT) environments.
Load Frame testing is performed in accordance with NACE standard TM-0198 and are designed to be extremely ‘stiff’ to minimize machine compliance. Each testing system comes complete with Cortest’s proprietary software and data acquisition system. The operator interface features an intuitive setup screen that allows the user to easily set-up, run, monitor, and review tests.
Cortest Load Frame Test Systems can be supplied with pull-through Autoclaves that conform to international standards such as PED, CSA, CE, CRN, DOSH, and the China Special Equipment Manufacture License.
